MR WASHINGTON K. KIIRU


A renowned consultant in entrepreneurial economics and lecturer at the state owned JKUAT, Washington K. Kiiru has 25 years experience and expertise in entrepreneurial economics and business management. At a personal level, he is a major player in the local real estate and property market. He has worked at senior levels with major international firms and organizations. These include SEFCO, UNDP, TOPS management etc. He is in charge of new investments, risks, Human resource, and credit management


DOMINIC C. NDUNGU


An accomplished, registered and experienced player in the property and real estate industry. A graduate in Economics with a marketing bias and a diploma in marketing, international networking business protocol. He has 16 years experience with local and regional companies at senior managerial levels. His skills are highly beneficial in the critical areas of marketing, new products development, project management, public relations and customer service.Having worked and known each other for the last 10 years, the directors have developed strong bond and trust creating a winning partnership with invaluable synergy.
